Chaitra Navratri
It is starting of New Year from Hindi calendar (Vikram Samvata). On the first nine night of light fortnight in the month of Chaita (March-April) this festival is celebrated for worship of the Goddess Gauri. On these nine days a special fair is held on Durgakund and devotees perform the prayer and aarati in Durga templs.
