Varanasi Manikarnika Ghat
It is famous cremation ghat. It has two parts, one for cremation and another for other activities. Photography on cremation area is prohibited. Shiva - Durga temple built by king of Amethy in 1850 is located on this ghat. 30 meter north side, a slab on marble represents the foot prints of Lord Vishnu.
